IMPORTANT REMINDER
From the Indiana Department of Insurance
September 2, 2008
Concerning:
PRE-LICENSING EDUCATION CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
The Certificate of Completion is valid for six (6) months from the date issued by the pre-licensing provider. This means that the following additional requirements for licensure must be achieved BEFORE the six (6) month expiration of the Certificate of Completion:

Therefore, with an expired certificate, a candidate will not be permitted to take the examination and any application submitted will be returned with NO MONIES REFUNDED.
All Pre-Licensing Education Provicers should reinforce this reminder to all of their students.
