Once you have selected your course, please follow the steps below:

     1.  In the PDF Test Column, click on EXAM and print all pages.

     2.  In the PDF Course Column, click on COURSE; this is your reading material.

     3.  Complete your Answer Sheet and fill out the Affidavit where indicated with a Red X.

     4.  After completing the TEST and INFORMATION on the top of the answer sheet, please complete the Affidavit. 

          The Answer Sheet and Affidavit may be returned to us via:
